Company Overview
GreenFix Plastic Pipe Industries PLC operates as a strategic manufacturing subsidiary of Ketty Robson Investment Group. The company was established to support Ethiopia's accelerating demand for dependable pipe infrastructure in construction, irrigation, sanitation, telecom, utility, and water distribution projects.
From launch, GreenFix focused on producing durable and standards-aligned products that can serve both dense urban projects and remote development corridors. The business has continued to scale its capabilities with a strong market orientation and a clear commitment to practical engineering performance in day-to-day applications.
Within the broader group context, GreenFix contributes to industrial localization, job creation, and technology-led production. Its growth aligns with Ketty Robson Group's wider investments across mining, manufacturing, textiles, agro-industry, and emerging food and beverage processing opportunities in Oromia and Sheger City.
Products and Standards
GreenFix manufactures multiple pipe categories under a standards-aligned quality framework, with uPVC lines referenced to ISO 1452 and HDPE solutions aligned to ISO 4427. The portfolio is built for strength, dimensional consistency, corrosion resistance, and long service life across utility, telecom, water-linked, and industrial applications.
uPVC systems are produced for pressure and non-pressure use cases and are widely adopted for drinking water delivery, building soil and waste evacuation, and underground drainage networks.
HDPE pipes are manufactured for high-integrity fluid transfer and conduit protection, supported by high molecular bonding and robust leak-resistant performance in pressurized networks.

Machine Platform
Production range: 300-400 kg/hour
Designed for: PVC drainage applications and higher-volume output runs.
Production range: 100-120 kg/hour
Designed for: Dual PVC pipe extrusion where compact but efficient operation is required.
Production range: 260-300 kg/hour
Designed for: PE80 and PE100 lines used in water supply and pressure transfer systems.
Production Process
uPVC and HDPE compounds are heated and forced through calibrated dies to produce the required profile geometry.
Freshly extruded pipe is rapidly stabilized through controlled cooling systems to lock shape and wall integrity.
Each run is dimensionally calibrated to ensure consistent diameter, wall thickness, and application tolerance.
Pipes are cut to target commercial lengths or coiled according to diameter range and customer requirement.
Finished outputs pass through quality tests for strength, durability, pressure confidence, and standards compliance.
Application Coverage
Medium-diameter pressure pipes designed to support safe and efficient potable water distribution systems.
Vertical and in-building non-pressure evacuation lines for durable sanitation performance.
Large-diameter horizontal networks for sewage collection and underground drainage routing.
Water transport systems supporting farm productivity, seasonal resilience, and rural expansion.
Pipe solutions for foundation drainage, utility corridors, and project-wide service reliability.
Protective duct systems for communication cables and electrical pathway management.
HDPE performance supports controlled gas and process-fluid movement in industrial operations.
